Instructions for filling out the shipping label
1.) Fill out the form as instructed; be sure to add your company name in the customer’s name block—there is no need to add the RMA number when asked. When asked about shipping, be sure to select priority mail return.
2. Keep a copy of your tracking number.
Precision Handpiece Repair only takes responsibility for the package once received in our office. Please keep the tracking number until you hear that we received the package.
2. Do not send your handpieces in a paper envelope!
Your handpieces will not make it to our office if sent in any paper envelope, big or small. We cannot take responsibility for handpieces sent in paper envelopes. Please send the handpieces in a small box or a bubble mailer. Make sure the small box or bubble mailer is well sealed. We are not responsible for shipments with lost contents due to being improperly secured.
3. Generate a new shipping label for each shipment.
If a label is used twice, it may not reach our office. Again, we cannot take responsibility for a package that is delayed or lost due to the use of a duplicate shipping label.
4. Precision Handpiece Repair should receive your package within 1-2 business days.
You can use the tracking information on USPS's website to track your package and confirm delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please send your handpieces using an alternative method.
5. Be sure to fill out your repair input form and insert it into the box with your handpieces.
Once your package is ready to ship, please give it to your mail carrier or drop it off at any USPS location.
