Starbucks Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This referral program is open to all customers of Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC who are at least 18 years old. Participation is voluntary, and by joining, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. How to Qualify for the Reward

To receive a $5 Starbucks gift card, participants must complete one of the following actions:

  • Refer a new customer to Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC who completes a repair service.
  • Leave a Google review about their experience with Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC.

3. Referral Verification Process

  • Referrals must be submitted using the official referral form provided by Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC.
  • The referred customer must be part of a dental organization that can take advantage of Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC services or products for the referring customer to qualify for the reward.
  • The referred customer’s email address must be verified before the referral is considered valid.
  • Google reviews must be authentic, publicly visible, and submitted using a verified Google account.

4. Reward Distribution

  • Eligible participants will receive a $5 Starbucks e-gift card via the email address provided in the referral form.
  • Gift cards will be sent within 7 business days after verification of the referral or review.
  • Each participant is limited to one reward per referred customer, but there is no limit to the number of referrals they can make.

5. Program Restrictions

  • Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible for rewards.
  • Spam, fraudulent, or misleading referrals will result in disqualification.
  • Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC reserves the right to deny rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Modification or Termination of the Program

Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms & Conditions.
