Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC – Client Feedback Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:
    The giveaway is open to dental professionals and authorized representatives of dental practices who complete the official Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC client survey or form.
  2. How to Enter:
    To enter, participants must complete the survey form in its entirety and provide a valid email address.
    • Limit: One entry per active email address.
    • Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  3. Entry Assignment:
    Each valid entry will be assigned a unique number based on the chronological order of submission. The first entry received will be assigned the number 1, the second will be assigned number 2, and so on.
  4. Winner Selection:
    The winning number will be selected using the publicly available number generator at Random.org.
    • The draw will be conducted by Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC within 5 Business after the entry period closes. Survey entry closes on November 5th, 2025.
  5. Prize:
    The selected winner will receive a $100 Repair Gift Card.
    • The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
    • The winning participant will recieve the $100 Repair Gift Card sent directly to their email address.
  6. Notification:
    The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected using the same process.
  7. Privacy & Consent:
    By entering, participants agree to have their email address added to the Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC communications list. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your contact details will not be shared or sold.
  8. General Terms:
    Precision Handpiece Repairs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. Entry into the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
